We reached out to some of the youths who are active players in this business, One says, "This is the nearest and surest way to make money now in this country". Another concluded that because of the hardship in the country one needs alternative source of income to help with other pressing needs.

Both for those who get the license to do such business to the agents who secure their spots all around town and also to the common man on the street who gets lucky to win games.
