Who is to be blamed for Invalid Click Activity On Google Adsense

This topic is a very dicey one to talk about. but fortunately Google has not been friendly about this problem of invalid activity on publishers who violate the Google term and policy of invalid activity. On this topic, which states Who is to be blamed for invalid activity on Google Adsense i will like to point out that some of the invalid activities are not perpetuated by the publishers of this Google Adsense account.

I have a reason for saying this. Sometime this week precisely on the 16th of August 2019 Google approved one of my blog to serve ads on it. I was happy about it. it gave me a second thought that i could get rewarded for my efforts. I had written about 20 pages of  original topics on that blog after which I had to apply for Adsense to be served on the site which was created on the blogger platform.  

My excitement didn't live for a long while as it was short lived after two days of serving ads on the new website which had unique and organic contents in it. I never clicked on the ads that were served on it. I only followed the instruction of placing the code where I want ads to be served on. I got a mail two days later saying that my Adsense account has been disabled. I was down cast and sober immediately you could tell that my countenance I had on at that time was one that was not motivating. My high hopes were dashed in one night. I filled the form to appeal but i was never reinstated. This is why I am asking Who is to be blamed for Invalid Activity on Google Adsense especially on blogger where plugins to protect ones ads are not found.
